Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it has been shipped. Once the product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled using our website.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We offer a 3-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery, applicable only for the following:
- The item received is wrong (different from what was ordered)
- The item received is damaged
Return or exchange requests for any other reason, including but not limited to size, fit, colour, or personal preference, will not be accepted.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
For a wrong or damaged item claim to be considered, an unedited, continuous unboxing video of the package is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened for the first time, along with the shipping label/order details and the reported issue. Requests raised without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible, and no claim will be entertained in such cases.
Additional Conditions
- The unboxing video must be intact, i.e. recorded in a single, continuous, unedited take without any cuts, pauses, or breaks. Videos that appear edited, cut, or spliced will not be accepted, and the request will be rejected.
- Return/exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery, along with the required unboxing video.
- The item must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and in its original condition. Original packaging and tags must be intact — items without original tags will not be accepted.
- Customised or personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
- If pick-up service is not available at your location, you may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse address.
- Return/exchange shipping charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.
